At Procure Impact, we believe hospitality has the power to create meaningful change. Every product sourced, amenity shared, and story told along the guest journey is an opportunity to support inclusive employment, strengthen communities, and redefine what purpose-driven hospitality can look like.
Each year, our Procure Impact Awards recognize the hotel partners who have made the biggest impact through Procure Impact. In 2025, these five properties stood out for their creativity, commitment, and measurable support of local communities across the country.
We’re proud to announce our 2025 Procure Impact Awards – Top 5 Impact Hotels.
Hotel Emeline
Makeready

Hotel Emeline leads this year’s list for seamlessly integrating impact across both furnishings and guest amenities.
Through Procure Impact, the property features custom-packaged, individually wrapped brownies & blondies from Greyston Bakery, the social enterprise known for its open-hiring model that creates employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers to employment. These indulgent treats serve as a tangible reminder that hospitality can support second chances without compromising on quality or experience.
Hotel Emeline’s commitment to thoughtful sourcing shows how impact can be embedded at multiple levels of a hotel’s design and guest journey.
Kimpton Hotel Monaco Washington, D.C.
Kimpton Hotels

Kimpton Hotel Monaco, D.C. continues to set a standard for how hotels can invite guests into meaningful impact storytelling.
Through its in-hotel Procure Impact marketplace, the property allows guests to explore and purchase products that support social causes — transforming retail moments into purpose-driven experiences. Complemented by impact-made amenities, the marketplace reflects Kimpton’s broader values around community, creativity, and conscious travel.
The Rally Hotel
Sage Hospitality

The Rally Hotel brings energy, creativity, and intention to every guest interaction — including amenities.
By offering a Procure Impact marketplace alongside custom popcorn sourced from Prospector, a social enterprise committed to inclusive employment, The Rally Hotel shows how impact can feel joyful, approachable, and guest-loved.
As Taylor Wilson, Director of Rooms at The Rally Hotel, explains:
“Guests love the popcorn—it’s become more than just a snack; it’s a story, a moment of connection. When they learn about Prospector’s mission, it adds a whole new layer of meaning to their experience. It’s not just about enjoying a great treat (which, by the way, the Buffalo Cheddar flavor is next level), but about knowing their purchase supports a company that values inclusivity and opportunity. That’s the kind of impact we love to bring to our guests’ stay.”
Sheraton Philadelphia University City
Davidson Hospitality

Sheraton Philadelphia University City demonstrates how thoughtfully designed amenity programs can create an outsized impact.
In partnership with Procure Impact, the property offers a welcome amenity featuring Cameron’s trail mix and a custom four-piece Belgian chocolate box, complete with a storytelling card and personalized guest note. Each amenity reinforces values of inclusive employment and intentional sourcing while elevating the guest experience.
Michael Bennett, General Manager for The Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel, shared:
"Our partnership with Procure Impact reflects a shared commitment to community and purposeful hospitality. Through this meaningful initiative, we’re proud to bring amenities to our guests that do good far beyond our property lines."
Chateau Élan Winery & Resort
HEI Hotels & Resorts

Rounding out the Top 5 is Chateau Élan Winery & Resort, a property that proves impact fits seamlessly into luxury hospitality.
Through Procure Impact, Chateau Élan sources products such as Belgian chocolate–dipped pretzels from Cameron’s & Prospector Popcorn, both made by adults of all abilities, and Women's Bean candy, which empowers women in poverty, featured in minibar offerings. Small cards detail the story behind each product to guests.
This approach shows that even subtle touches — when sourced thoughtfully — can support social enterprise partners while maintaining an elevated, refined experience.
🌲 2025 Top 5 Postcard Cabins
Hotel Equities

This year, we’re also proud to recognize Postcard Cabins for their exceptional impact through a custom amenity program.
Postcard Cabins partners with Procure Impact to offer guests a Stroopwafel S’mores amenity from Stroopies, a women-owned social enterprise that provides meaningful employment opportunities for resettled refugee women in Pennsylvania.
Featured guest feedback shared by Stroopies captures the enthusiasm:
“Graham crackers are so out. Stroopwafel S’mores are in.”
The following locations made the biggest impact this year through their purchases:
Postcard Cabins Starved Rock
Postcard Cabins Shenandoah
Postcard Cabins Eastern Catskills
Postcard Cabins Machimoodus
Postcard Cabins Gilchrist Springs
