As the first business enterprise of the nonprofit foundation Every1 Can Work, Cameron’s has become a supportive community where young adults with special needs find purpose and pride in their work.


Ellen Graham, co-founder of Cameron’s Coffee & Chocolates, beautifully captures the essence of their mission: "As each individual works here, they grow in different ways based on where they are as a person. And we need so many more jobs like this – jobs where we can expand our knowledge base so that people who are a part of our community can be productive members of society."






A Mission of Inclusion: Every1 Can Work

Since opening its doors on October 1, 2013, Every1 Can Work has been dedicated to creating permanent employment opportunities for young adults living with developmental and intellectual disabilities. While over 84% of young adults with cognitive disabilities remain unemployed, Cameron’s Coffee & Chocolates shows us that they are not unemployable. Through this venture, employees gain not just a paycheck but self-esteem, purpose, and the chance to lead fulfilling lives.
